Booking by phone
Our phonelines are open from 9.30am until 8pm between Monday and Friday, and 10am until 8pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Calls are charged at 10 pence per minute from a UK landline, the cost of calls from mobile phones may vary.
You will have the choice to receive your ticket by email or to collect it from the circus ticket office when you come.

Booking in person
The ticket office at the circus is open to callers on each day of our visit, from 9am.
We welcome payments by cash, cheque, most major credit or debit cards.
A booking fee will be charged per transaction.

Internet booking
On-line booking is available at all times at our website: www.zippos.co.uk
Online tickets are available up to 2 hours before each performance.
You will receive an email ticket and may go straight to your seat.
A booking fee will be charged per transaction.

Ticket collection
At busy times we have a collection only point to help you collect pre-paid tickets quickly and easily.

Refunds & exchanges
We regret we are unable to make refunds for tickets once they have been paid for. Tickets can, however, be returned for re-sale and an administration charge of 50p is charged where tickets are successfully sold. Zippos Circus reserves the right to sell its own tickets first. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Discounts & group bookings
Discount vouchers are distributed for certain performances. These must be presented at the time of purchase. The conditions of use are stated on the voucher.
Discounts are available for group bookings. These must be arranged and pre-paid by phoning 07774 811 811.

Children
Children under the age of two years are permitted to sit on parent/guardian's lap and no ticket purchase is necessary.
Children of two years and over are required to occupy a seat and a ticket must be purchased.
Persons of sixteen years and more are considered adults.
Unaccompanied children under 16 years old are not permitted in the circus.

General information
Light refreshments and circus souvenirs are available before the show and until the end of the performance interval.
We provide a parking area for prams and pushchairs at the entrance and you are welcome to leave these here at your own risk. Fire regulations do not permit prams or pushchairs within the seating areas.
The Big Top is heated as required.
The performance may include bright or flashing lighting, non-particle smoke effects and loud sound effects.
The performance is produced with regard to eradicating physical reaction triggers.
We endeavour to provide clean toilet facilities at every venue.
We offer customers 'cashback' with credit or debit cards.

Animal welfare
Zippos Circus works with World Horse Welfare (previously The International League for the Protection of Horses) and is regularly inspected by authorised animal welfare officers. Zippos Circus has a comprehensive code of conduct governing all aspects of animal welfare on tour. Copies are available on request by sending an A4 size sae to: Code of Conduct, Circus Headquarters, Enborne, Newbury RG20 0LD. Zippos Circus complies with all current animal transportation regulations and is governed in law by the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

Courtesy
Please ensure that mobile phones, pagers and alarm wristwatches are switched off.
Non commercial photography and video filming is allowed but without flash for safety reasons.
Commercial photography and video filming is not permitted without prior agreement and payment of a location fee and performers fees.
Smoking is not permitted within the Big Top.

Point of sale
Reserved parking space will be available, with regard to site and health and safety restrictions, to those with mobility difficulties.
A front of house assistant remains on duty outside the ticket office, to assist as required.
Our ticket office staff are able to recommend the most appropriate seating/space for each individual.
They will communicate with door staff, to alert them to any arrangements that may be required in advance of the individual going into the tent.
The entrance is clearly identified by temporary flooring, which is periodically checked for stability.

Foyer
Front of house assistants will make space available for storage of any personal belongings as necessary, within the designated area inside the foyer tent.

Tent
No dogs with the exception of dogs for the disabled, guide dogs, or hearing dogs are allowed onto the circus premises.
The door attendants escort every member of the public to their seats.
Circus staff are clearly identified by their uniform.
Our designated wheelchair spaces are within the best seating section (Ringside) and available at the cheapest admission price.

Physically impaired groups
We offer ringside seating at special rates for each person in a group, with no charge for essential helpers or carers.
Please note that this facility is not available for every performance.

Dogs for the disabled
We welcome dogs for the disabled, guide dogs and hearing dogs.
Those with a dog may select any seat price, and will be placed within the ringside seating adjacent to this area.
Water for dogs is available on request.
Please inform us when you will be accompanied by your dog so that we can ensure adequate space is made available.

Interaction with children / Child Protection policy
As I’m sure you would expect, Zippos Circus is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people .In this respect Zippos Circus acknowledges its position as a powerful medium of influence. Zippos Circus has a duty of care to protect its own staff in this respect.

In pursuance of our policy we undertake that:
Zippos Circus staff who you meet are in compliance with Zippos Circus commitment; Zippos Circus staff will not be placed in a caring or supervisory position, without your express written agreement which has been made in advance of the visit event etc.

Zippos Circus staff will not ask for the personal details or contact details of any young person or offer their own details. Only generic Zippos Circus contact details will be provided.

For our part we ask that you undertake that:
You will not leave any Zippos Circus staff unaccompanied in the presence of a child or children without our express written agreement which has been made in advance of the visit or event.

You will inform your child / children that they must not ask any Zippos Circus staff for their personal details or give their personal details to any staff

That they must not approach Zippos Circus staff unless accompanied by a teacher/carer etc

The Lost Children Point for the circus is clearly marked at the cafe in the foyer tent.

Our disclaimer
The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Due to the hazardous nature of circus performance we reserve the right to alter the advertised programme at any time.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the children in their care. Please ensure that they remain seated, do not touch or distract the horses, and take proper care at all times
